Rhodiola is changing my life. I keep a bottle in my kitchen, at my guy’s house in his kitchen, at my work desk, and I have a bottle next to my bed. I wanted to have it accessible to wherever I might be when it was time to have it so I didn’t skip it a lot and wonder if I was giving it a fair chance to show results. I’m drinking so much less coffee, I’m not craving snacks, my anxiety attacks are fewer and farther in between, I’m down one size in my pants and I can feel the difference in my weight. I honestly feel like my hormones are balancing back after years of being so unbalanced. I’m having more sex, less heavy thoughts, mood swings seem normal- not nearly like what they were and I am processing bad days easier. I started my mornings with a dropper full for the first two months, and just in the last month I’m doing two droppers first thing , and now having it at lunch. Some mornings I want coffee (but again I’m not feeling like I need coffee) and I’ll add a single dropper in my coffee. I haven’t had any in the evenings because of reviews saying it can keep you awake and I desperately want to sleep. I don’t mind the flavor at all, it’s not a strong order or taste in my opinion. I do recommend this to my friends. I only wish I had started it sooner after my hysterectomy vs waiting so long to give it a try.
